Inclusive Communication Artifacts Design for Chinese Designers

In my work as a branding consultant, I noticed that a large proportion of the general public is not familiar with inclusive design --- especially in China. Chinese designers, lack inclusive design awareness as they make design decisions. This research project investigated differences between training processes of traditional designers in China and inclusive design practices in Canada. The MRP presents a set of communication artifacts designed to introduce basic inclusive design concepts to designers who have trained in China. A focus group was organized to evaluate the efficacy of these communication strategies and to collect data for future work. http://openresearch.ocadu.ca/id/eprint/2326/
